Finish Choice

Upholstery & Frame Finishes:

Kirkhouse present finish options in a number of ways.

Online Digital copy is provided by upholstery mills / paint suppliers / stain suppliers. Physical swatches may be provided by post on request; this is recommended where colour selection is integral to your order.

Payment:

Payment with order by Credit Card, Debit Card, Bank Transfer or Cheque. We accept School Purchase orders for most orders, however bespoke products will require a deposit or payment in full prior to dispatch. Please note, a 3% charge applies to Credit Card transactions.

 

Delivery & Receipt of Goods:

Estimated delivery schedules are included in our Range pages. Should you require quick delivery, please contact Kirkhouse to check current schedules. Additional delivery charges may apply for some items, depending on the nature of your order.

 

Kirkhouse deliveries may be divided into two categories:

 

Delivery method 1: Custom Transport. Used for specialised goods which need greater care in transit, including rigid tables and wooden furniture.

 

Delivery method 2: Carrier (Third Party). Used for Quick Ship and small orders (typically fewer than 10 items).

 

Standard delivery is Kerbside only. Additional charges usually apply for additional handling / installation.

 

Goods should be inspected and signed for on delivery. Any damage should be noted on the drivers delivery notes and immediately reported to Kirkhouse.

 

Cancellation:

Once in manufacture, ordered Goods may not be cancelled. Goods ordered incorrectly will incur a cancelation charge.

 

Return of goods:

Items matching their description but deemed unsuitable by the end user, may be returned however a restocking charge of up to 60% and any associated collection carriage charges may apply. This is dependent upon the product so please check if you are unsure before ordering.

 

Guarantee:

Kirkhouse guarantee assumes normal use. Product guarantees are available on request and range from two to ten years.
