Delivery

Should you require quick delivery, please contact Kirkhouse to check current schedules.

Kirkhouse deliveries may be divided into two categories:

Delivery method 1: Custom Transport. Used for specialised goods which need greater care in transit, including rigid tables and wooden furniture.

Delivery method 2: Carrier (Third Party). Used for Quick Ship and small orders (typically fewer than 10 items).

Standard delivery is Kerbside only. Additional charges usually apply for handling / installation.

Goods should be inspected and signed for on delivery. Any damage should be noted on the drivers delivery notes and immediately reported to Kirkhouse.

Return of Goods

Consumers (i.e. individuals buying for themselves rather than for a business) may return unused Internet purchases by emailing us within 7 days of receipt, the goods must be unused, un-assembled, in their original packaging and in a resalable condition.  This does not apply to Made to Order products which may not be returned.

We reserve the right to charge a minimum handling fee of 25% of the value of the goods for items returned when orders were placed in error or not wanted. This will be deducted from any refund given. Your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations and Sales Of Goods Act are unaffected by this.
