Furniture Recycling

Kirkhouse works with Optimus Education Foundation (OPEF) and Barbara Kwateng Lupus Trust  to provide used secondary and primary classroom furniture to schools and hospitals in Ghana and Cameroon.

You do not need to be a Kirkhouse customer to use this service.

Free collection

Collection is arranged directly by the most suitable charity in your vicinity.

Collections within either of the red zones is usually free of charge.

Collections outside of the red zones may be arranged where Kirkhouse is delivering new furniture. If collection is essential to your order, arrangements must be discussed and approved in advance.

It is not always possible to collect your furniture.

Distrubution

Warehousing and distribution of your donated furniture, is managed entirely by the charity which collects.

Kirkhouse has no control over the distribution of donated furniture.
