19 July 2013  |  Admin

Summary

Kirkhouse were approached in May 2013, with a view to supply suitable seating for a new surgery waiting area.

Following consultation and a site visit, we fulfilled the final order in July that year, in time for the opening.

The Customer

From the clients website:

"Woodlands Surgery was originally formed out of three, well established smaller surgeries merging together in 2005. Our first premises was based on Station Road until we relocated to our permanent, purpose build surgery at Eden House on Bateman Street.

As a surgery we aim to provide the best possible care & support, in a clinical as well as a holistic sense. We host a number of other healthcare providers within our premises currently including; counsellors, ultrasound diagnostics, psychologists."

Our Service

Following initial telephone consultation, three quotations were issued for suitable shaped-ply reception chairs.  A wooden finish was preferred for ease of cleaning, whilst maintaining the natural, light ambiance of the space.

Of the three quotations, two chairs were selected as viable options for the project.  Verso chair and Bingo chair offering very similar properties, in different styles.

Following further consultation, a site visit was arranged and sample chairs were provided.

The client decided upon Bingo chair and requested we supply additional office furniture.  A final quotation was issued for the full quota of reception chairs and numerous ancillary products.

Outcomes

Our Bingo chairs look fantastic in the new surgery and we were very pleased to supply the complete project.
